What is keeping your team from performing at their best?

Each Sport Nutrition session is designed to separate myth from fact, review the best strategies for increasing endurance, speed, flexibility, muscle strength and muscle endurance, while addressing techniques to reduce the risk of injury, and enhancing recovery.

Individual and/or team goals and strategies are addressed, focussing on what I affectionately call  “The Athlete’s Trifecta: Nutrition, Training, and Recovery”. Where did I come up with this? Well, while combating a chronic illness, I have run over 35 half marathons (placing 1, 2, or 3 in her age group in 27 out of 35!). Through my personal athletic experiences, I have learned first-hand what it takes to optimize nutrition, health and fitness, strength and performance – all while avoiding injury.

I am passionate about Sports Nutrition. I am Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietitics, and I have taught Undergraduate and Graduate Sports Nutrition Classes at Montclair State University. My personal and professional experiences are reflected in the following Sports Nutrition Program and Services:
