Healthie Patient Portal and Telehealth
While working with me, we’ll communicate through Healthie- a safe (and fun) way to stay in touch and make your experience better.
Self-monitoring is one of the most powerful tools to help us make lasting changes. Healthie allows you to track your food and metrics and lets me stay connected in real-time. Here’s a quick overview of the capabilities of the Healthie platform, accessible on the mobile app or from your computer.
- Photo food logging- Snap a pic and you’re done! I am able to review and comment in real-time (I’m not looking for perfection, no pressure here!).
- Metrics tracking- Weigh in at home (first thing in the morning) and record it in the app.
- Message me whenever you need, with a safe and secure connection.
- Schedule, cancel or reschedule appointments on your own (plus, receive appointment reminders).
- Share and receive documents- I’ll share some handouts through Healthie along the way. They’ll stay safe, in one place, available to view at any time.
- Video chat with me through your mobile app or computer.

From Healthie: You may want to consider adding the App Store and Google Play links to your website, to help clients learn that there is a mobile app, and how they can download it. When a client logs in, they see their CLIENT account.
