Budgeting and Fees
B3yond Nutrition Counseling fees are based on time as follows:
- An Individual 75-minute Initial Session: $150
- Three Session Package: $400. Initial Session is 75-minutes, and 2 Follow-Up Sessions are 60-minutes.
- Additional 30 and 60-minute sessions can be purchased as follows:
- Standard 60-minute follow up sessions are $130.
- Standard 30-minute follow up sessions are $70.
- No show/late cancellation fee: $50 (scheduled visits must be cancelled with at least 24 hours business notice to avoid this fee)
B3yond Nutrition LLC is credentialed by the following insurance companies.
- Aetna
- CIGNA
- Emblem Health
- Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Health Care
- Medicare or Medicaid
PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended for the individual to speak with their healthcare insurance provider to review their nutrition counseling coverage.
- B3yond Nutrition LLC does not bill insurance companies.
- B3yond Nutrition LLC will provide an invoice for nutrition counseling with ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes and CPT Codes, which can be submitted for coverage based on an individual’s insurance plans.
- Please note that some companies offer a Health Savings Account (HSA). These funds can be used for your nutrition services.
